Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient clinic experience required. Experience with general musculoskeletal evaluations and plan of care development preferred. Experience with patient documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer guidelines required. Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and materials handling as related to outpatient populations preferred. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student supervision as needed preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift: 5x8 schedule.
