Position Highlights:

Outpatient Concierge Primary Care
Average 8–10 patients per day
Minimum 30-minute appointments
Panel capped at 350 patients
Dedicated RN + full clinical support team
200 patient-facing days per year, scheduled quarterly
Focus on building relationships, not rushing visits
NC license not required to apply—but must hold valid U.S. license

Compensation Structure:

Guaranteed base salary with structured increases as your panel grows
