The IT Applications Analyst is primarily responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and security of software applications and the servers they reside on. This role involves creating detailed reports for customers using SQL, PowerBI, and other database technologies. The IT Applications Analyst will work closely with vendors and administrators for application troubleshooting and updates and coordinate with internal IT teams and agency personnel to ensure seamless integration and maintenance.
