Description

• Provide the members and guests of Mountaintop with outstanding, personal service.
• Assist the buyer in receiving and merchandising all products for the Member Shop.
• Provide an in-depth knowledge of all merchandise.
• Help perform monthly inventories.
• Manage daily deliveries for the shop.
  • Separate special-order deliveries from stock deliveries.
  • Notify the buyer of any stock deliveries to execute a plan of receiving.
• Help manage product placement and daily restocking.
  • Initiate daily restocks.
  • Notify the buyer of any product that needs to be re-ordered.
  • Initiate movement of stagnant product.
• Assist in special-order placements, charges, and deliveries.
  • Write up special order form and give to buyer to place
  • Keep up with orders that have been placed and when they should arrive.
  • Notify member once package has arrived.
  • Charge member efficiently and correctly.
  • Email buyer once charge has been made.
• Help with Jonas/Tee Times
  • Notify the Buyer and Director of Golf of any issues.
  • Help manage tee sheet policies and sign ups
  • Help manage tournament sign ups
• Help maintain accurate records regarding rounds of golf, guest play, caddie rounds, and other golf information.
• Introduce self to every person that you do not know by name.
• Fully understand the GHIN handicap computer to assist members with score posting/handicap questions.
• Help reach monthly sales goals.

• Experience in retail is preferred but not necessary
• Must be outgoing with the ability to take care of members and guests.
• Computer Skills.
• Strong ability to communicate.
• Willing to do what it takes to be successful.
