We're excited to offer an RN opportunity with our Outpatient RN Float team-an ideal role for nurses seeking variety, professional growth, and a refreshing change from a single‑clinic setting. In this role, you'll provide a wide range of patient care services, including assisting with exams and procedures, supporting smooth patient flow, collecting patient information, performing point‑of‑care testing as applicable, delivering patient education, and providing clerical support. You'll work closely with providers and clinic leaders, gaining broad outpatient experience while making a meaningful impact on patient care.
This position requires flexibility, with availability between 6:45 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to support varying clinic hours and shifts. While there are no routine weekend rotations, there may be occasional weekend coverage needed in Monticello, Frankfort, or Urgent Care. The role is primarily based at Greenbush Primary Care and Southside Primary Care, where at least 80% of hours will be worked, and you'll be cross‑trained to support multiple desks and offices.
If you're an RN who enjoys adaptability, teamwork, and learning new workflows-while still maintaining the benefits of an outpatient schedule-this float position offers an exciting and rewarding next step in your nursing career.
