Description
Are you a dynamic leader who thrives in a production-based environment that offers a platform for career growth?As a Transaction Associate on the ATM Deployment and Installation Team (DIT), you will be part of a team that strives to enhance employee and vendor experience through managing ATM projects related to new installations, replacements, and temporary moves to accommodate real estate projects. The DIT Team is a part of the ATM Monitoring Group (AMG), which supports more than 15k ATMs by monitoring active technician dispatches and the overall health of the devices across the entire fleet. You will be part of a team of analysts that executes on the ATM projects listed above, as well as a liaison between support groups that help provide a pathway to resolution assistance. AMG partners with various teams, including Technology, Real Estate, third-party suppliers, and ATM hardware and Cash Supplier Management to maintain the Chase ATM fleet.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end ATM projects, including new installs, replacements, and temporary moves.
- Leverage advanced Smartsheet skills for dashboard development and reporting.
- Develop weekly and monthly reporting related to ATM project metrics.
- Support remote software loads and configuration with remote support teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and compliance.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- +2 years of relevant experience using Smartsheet
- Strong background in Smartsheet development, design, and optimization
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of Smartsheet API development and Smartsheet automations
- Understanding of Tableau or Alteryx strongly preferred
- Experience with project management
