Position OverviewKaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.75 FTE fellowship trained Vitreoretinal Surgeon to join our Bellevue Medical Center team in Bellevue, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration.
Our Vitreoretinal Surgeon will provide cutting-edge care for patients, and be responsible for care for a broad range of pathology & conditions.
Dedicated operating room block time will be available weekly. The referral base consists of an award-winning team of 20 board-certified ophthalmologists includes fellowship-trained subspecialists in pediatric ophthalmology, glaucoma, corneal disease, retina & uveitis.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, collegial group inside a busy urban area serving membership covering a wide area, with an established referral base.

Compensation and Benefits - Salary Range: $584,685 to $687,865 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
- Total Compensation of Benefits: WPMG contributes up to 93% with a total value of: $84,000 in addition to your base salary. Total compensation estimates up to $737,472 (total compensation will be prorated based on FTE & salaries)
