Clark Regional Wastewater District is recruiting for two administrative professionals to join our team in Vancouver, Washington: ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST, COMMUNICATIONS Help facilitate District communications and public outreach while providing professional administrative support across District departments, programs, and public-facing initiatives. This position is ideal for a creative, organized professional who can turn complex information into clear, accurate, and engaging content for employees, customers, community partners, media, and the public. Ideal candidates will have: • Strong writing, storytelling, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills • Experience developing communications, marketing, outreach, and public information materials • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, social media, websites, content management systems, and photo or video editing • Five years of relevant communications, public information, marketing, media relations, or advanced administrative support experience • A high school diploma or equivalent, with related college coursework preferred • A valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record Salary : $5,674 to $7,418 per month Starting salary, depending on qualifications: $5,674 to $6,488 per month BENEFITS Includes a comprehensive benefits package with PERS retirement, employer-paid family medical, dental and vision coverage, paid vacation, sick leave and holidays, and long-term disability insurance.
