A health services organization in Vermont is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing team in Randolph, providing night shift coverage for adult inpatients.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Night
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts
• Hours: 8pm to 8am
• Setting: Critical Access Hospital (no ICU)

• Adult inpatient nights
• Admissions, plan of care, and discharges
• Overnight cross coverage
• Working independently
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Performing other duties, as needed

• Master's Degree
• VT Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Experience with Adult Inpatient Care
• Solid assessment and documentation skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

• Experience in a Critical Access setting
• Acute Care expertise
• Intubation skills
