Overview

The Sunland Village East Golf Club is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional to work directly with our PGA General Manager in all aspects of the golf operation. Prefer to be enrolled in the PGA-PGM Program and/or aspire to be a PGA Member.

Experience Required

Tournament operations, rules of golf, tee sheet management, computer proficient, POS system understanding, communication skills and staff management.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide exemplary service to both members and guests of the Sunland Village East Golf Club.

Provide quality instruction for our members and guests.

Assist the General Manager in the management and execution of an extensive tournament schedule.

Assist the General Manager with the day to day management of the golf operation.

Assist the General Manager in the coordination of the merchandise operation, working closely with the merchandise coordinator.

Assist in the training, supervision, and mentoring of all staff.

Maintain playing ability while participating in Club events and joining member groups.
