ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Models The Helm ABA company core values
Builds rapport and provides exceptional leadership and guidance to the BCBA team.
Oversees a team of BCBAs as they set and achieve rigorous client progress averages for all clients
within the center monthly.
Collaborates with Operations Manager to facilitate smooth clinic operations
Coordinates with other Directors to facilitate effective weekly leadership meetings.
Leads weekly in-clinic meetings and training for all staff.
Conducts BCBA quarterly meetings with Directors and supports BCBAs in team quarterly meetings
as needed.
Oversees new therapist and BCBA training to reach 90% on culture and skills checklist within 90 days
Works in collaboration with Directors to create growth plans for BCBAs and therapists not meeting
quality standards.
Provides case oversight and creates exceptional outcomes for all clients.
Reviews authorizations and new client treatment plans to check for quality standards across all
BCBAs
Provides monthly client case spot checks to check for quality standards across all BCBAs
Clients make meaningful progress- measured in treatment plans and assessments.
Provides exceptional case supervision and parent training with fidelity
Maintains a personal caseload of up-to 15-billable-hours per week.
Creates exceptional customer service experience for all clients and community members who come
in contact with The Helm ABA.
Monitors parent training and supports BCBA in troubleshooting parent concerns
Conducts surveys and parent phone calls to measure client satisfaction each quarter.
Supports BCBA Team by assisting in the design and execution of outstanding supervision for BCBA
Interns and RBTs
Oversees all BACB Rules and Regulations for Supervisees and RBTs
Collaborates with BCBA to ensure quality supervision is provided.
Provides leadership and oversight of Supervisees
Provides coaching and feedback as needed to gain skills to become an outstanding BCBA.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of BCBA experience, is preferred
BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Strong leadership skills or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Consistently reliable
Proven competence to engage others and deliver timely and quality results
Excellent communication skills
Functional computer skills required
Attention to detail
Travel required
Ability lift, carry, transfer, push or pull up to 25 pounds
