Position Summary
Coordinator will work in a corporate team environment and will be responsible for performing daily tasks for the Clinical Operations Department. This position provides Retrospective Drug Utilization Review support to both pharmacists and management. Coordinator functions include researching information for cases, data entry, and other duties requested by management. Accountable to independently produce quality work according to written or verbal instructions established by Clinical Operations.
Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
- Research information needed for Drug Utilization Review cases by contacting prescribers, pharmacies, or researching electronically.
- Perform data entry of incoming responses from prescribers.
- Voicemail retrieval and triage
- Perform process for undelivered/returned mail.
- Track data for department processes
- Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor and/or manager
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of clinical pharmacy experience OR 1-2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or PBM setting
- 1 year of computer data entry experience
- 1 year of Microsoft Office programs experience
- 1 year customer service experience including phone experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Have strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task
- Be a self-starter and a self-motivator
- Be able to sit for long periods of time working at a computer.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
