Emergency Psychiatrist

South Shore University Hospital – Bay Shore, New York

Northwell Health’s Behavioral Health Service Line is recruiting a part-time BE/BC Emergency Psychiatrist at South Shore University Hospital located in Bay Shore, New York.


About the Role:

• Provide consults to ED. No inpatient or outpatient responsibilities.
• Only 6 shifts per month for full benefits and PTO package
• Weekday 8am - 8pm shifts. No weekends, nights, holidays, or on call required.
• Opportunity to supervise/teach residents and students
• Compensation starts at $140,000 for 6 shifts/month, with up to $7,500 annual bonus
• Compensation starts at $210,000 for 9 shifts/month, with up to $11,250 annual bonus
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be BC/BE and licensed in NYS
• Superior computer and EHR skills
• Emergency Psychiatry experience required.
