What We're Looking For

Farm or agricultural experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge required (for equipment logs, reporting, or scheduling systems)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Willingness to operate and assist with professional farm equipment (training provided)
