Twin Isles Country Club features an 18-hole championship golf course. With its wide fairways and extensive lake system, our par 72, 6,722-yard course provides a challenging but fair test for both the high and low handicapper. Twin Isles has a very active golfing membership, featuring men's and ladies' leagues, tournaments, twilight mixers, and 9- and 18-Hole Ladies' Clubs. It is very easy for new members to join games and form new friendships.

Experience Required

• 2-4 years management experience and/or training or
• An equivalent of hands-on training in a restaurant or golf club house or
• Hotel/restaurant
• SERV Safe Certified

Essential Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage Operation. Obtain budgeted and service standard goals at the maximum standard of quality.

Administering all financial objectives to include budgeting and the forecasting of business and staffing as well as enhancing the profitability of the Food & Beverage Department by controlling all products, labor and expenses.

Observes all requirements and restrictions set forth by all local and state

Ensures that servers, bartenders, and beverage cart drivers are checking ID for anyone that appears to be under 30 years of age.Ensures that all appropriate Food & Beverage personnel have been properly trained in the state's alcohol training program. Self-training is expected on this matter as well.

Understands and monitors daily revenues and expenses while ensuring that all customers have the best possible experience on a day-to-day basis.

Controls waste in all areas including labor, food, beverage and alcohol not to exclude any controllables in other departments of the course.

Can perform the work of all subordinates to include cooks, beverage cart drivers and front of house

Works closely with the staff in all areas of the Food & Beverage department to include opening, closing, normal day-to-day business, as well as outings and banquets.

Participates in training of personnel, teaching them the standards of service and etiquette expected of

Assists in the training of personnel in the proper cleaning standards for all equipment and the entire department. Develop good relationships with all customers hence increasing quality service and profitability of the operation.

Maintains a fun, friendly and responsible atmosphere with all staff in order to provide this same atmosphere for all customers.

Assists the General Manager in reviewing the performance of all personnel in Food &

Retains working knowledge of outings and assists in the set-up, running and breaking down and organizes the billing for use.

Develops a complete understanding of all Pinnacle HR Group policies as well as the ability to implement them in a positive manner.

Has a full understanding and the capability to properly perform all computer programs including: payroll, inventory, staff scheduling and daily revenue closing procedures.

Assists with shipping and receiving of any merchandise into the Food & Beverage Department and the proper stocking of all items.

Handles and resolves grievances and complaints of both the staff and customers with complete calm, concern and professionalism.

Follows all laws required for the sale and distribution of alcohol and tobacco

Continuous monitoring of staff for proper procedures and control of alcohol
