Pure Swing Golf is a premier indoor golf instruction and club fitting facility dedicated to helping golfers of all skill levels improve through expert coaching, cutting-edge technology, and a first-class customer experience. Founded and operated by former tour player Anthony Broussard, Pure Swing Golf combines elite instruction, state-of-the-art technology, and a welcoming environment to create one of the most respected golf development centers in North Texas. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive business performance, and ensure an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Position Summary
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of Pure Swing Golf's operations, including staff leadership, customer experience, sales performance, scheduling, facility management, and business growth initiatives. This individual will serve as the operational leader of the facility and work closely with ownership to execute the company's vision while maintaining the premium standards that define the Pure Swing Golf brand. The general manager will also give golf lessons and/or club fittings on a weekly to meet client demands. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about creating outstanding experiences. Golf industry experience is required.

Required
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with sales, customer service, and business operations
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Knowledge of golf instruction, club fitting, or golf technology
Preferred
- Experience managing hospitality, fitness, sports, or service-based businesses
- Experience with membership-based business models
Essential Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage golf coaches and fitters
- Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance culture
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure accountability and adherence to company standards
Customer Experience
- Deliver a luxury-level client experience from first contact through long-term membership
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Develop systems to increase retention, referrals, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and improve client feedback and online reviews
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive lesson, fitting, membership, and retail sales
- Monitor sales performance and key business metrics
- Identify opportunities for increased revenue and operational efficiency
- Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships
Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily facility operations and scheduling
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and professional at all times
- Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support marketing initiatives and local outreach efforts
- Assist with special events, tournaments, clinics, and corporate programs
- Collaborate with ownership and content creators to strengthen the Pure Swing Golf brand
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets and operating expenses
- Review payroll, staffing levels, and profitability metrics
- Prepare operational reports and recommendations for ownership
Golf Instruction and Club Fitting
- Build and maintain a client book as needed to meet customer demands
- Provide weekly golf lessons to clients with active coaching session packages (minimum 20 appointments per week)
- Provide club fitting to clients as needed
- Willing to learn and be comfortable using the best technology in the game including high speed cameras, Swing Catalyst, and GC Quad, to help their clients improve
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range: $70,000-$100,000+ annually, depending on experience
