Practice/Organization Details:
• Care for a dedicated panel of medically complex seniors within established assisted living and senior living communities
• See just 8-10 patients per day, allowing ample time to deliver thoughtful, comprehensive care
• Flexible weekday schedule designed around quality patient care rather than volume expectations

• Focus on patient care while a dedicated operations team manages scheduling, billing, IT, triage, and marketing support

Compensation & Benefits:
• $250,000 - $300,000 guaranteed base salary with additional performance-based incentive opportunities
