Overview

Seasonal, part-time Golf Shop Attendant role providing exceptional service to guests and supporting the golf professional staff. The position assists with golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and various golf-related activities, and runs from now through the end of November 2026.

Experience Required

• Must have a friendly and positive personality
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have basic computer skills and POS knowledge
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred

Essential Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite the check-in process
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collect green and cart fees and other revenue from guests and process them in the POS system as trained
• Issue receipts for guest purchases
• Take messages for staff or guests
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at the close of the day
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
