OverviewPart-Time Pro Shop Attendant
Don Law Golf Academy
Don Law Golf Academy is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Pro Shop Attendant to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys golf, working with people, and creating a welcoming and professional experience for our students and customers. The Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and operation of our merchandise area while providing excellent customer service.

Experience Required
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail, golf shop, country club, or customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge or interest in golf and golf merchandise is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- Must be able to lift and move merchandise and maintain the physical organization of the shop
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to students, members, guests, and customers
- Assist customers with merchandise selection and purchases
- Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays
- Merchandise and arrange products to maximize presentation and sales
- Receive, unpack, tag, and properly stock incoming merchandise
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory counts
- Assist with product ordering and replenishment
- Monitor merchandise levels and communicate when products need to be reordered
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking pro shop
- Restock merchandise and supplies as needed
- Assist with seasonal merchandising and display changes
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Help ensure the pro shop provides a high-quality experience consistent with the Don Law Golf Academy brand
- Perform other related duties as needed

Schedule & Compensation
Position: Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible; primarily based on pro shop needs and academy operations
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
