Don Law Golf Academy is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Pro Shop Attendant to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys golf, working with people, and creating a welcoming and professional experience for our students and customers. The Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and operation of our merchandise area while providing excellent customer service.

Experience Required

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Professional and personable demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous retail, golf shop, country club, or customer service experience is preferred
• Knowledge or interest in golf and golf merchandise is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
• Must be able to lift and move merchandise and maintain the physical organization of the shop

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to students, members, guests, and customers
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and purchases
• Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays
• Merchandise and arrange products to maximize presentation and sales
• Receive, unpack, tag, and properly stock incoming merchandise
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory counts
• Assist with product ordering and replenishment
• Monitor merchandise levels and communicate when products need to be reordered
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking pro shop
• Restock merchandise and supplies as needed
• Assist with seasonal merchandising and display changes
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
• Help ensure the pro shop provides a high-quality experience consistent with the Don Law Golf Academy brand
• Perform other related duties as needed
