Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;On Call Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8a-5p + weekend call
• Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
• Type of cases; required procedures: Hematology and Oncology
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
• Electronic Medical Record ( EMR): Mosaiq
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Board Eligible, Fellowship preferred, Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required: None
