Responsibilities

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent Adult Primary Care outpatient only opportunity, in the western Chicago suburb of La Grange.

Highlights:

• Adult patient panel ages 18 and up
• 1:3 Call
• Hospitalist model for inpatient care
• Clinic located in Hospital MOB
• EPIC EMR
• Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage
• PTO and CME
• Annual Salary: $220K-280K

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
• Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
• Board Certified/Eligible, required
