Description

Join a growing outpatient primary care practice seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values teamwork, balance, and community-focused care. This role offers an excellent culture, approachable leadership, and a predictable schedule.
• 100% outpatient primary care
• No call and no weekend coverage
• Monday-Friday schedule (8:00-5:00); 4×10s optional
• Manageable pace (~2.5 patients/hour)
• Epic EMR and strong operational support
• Optional, infrequent inpatient coverage available (not required)
• Base salary from $195K (new grads) up to $250K+ based on experience
• RVU productivity bonus in addition to base + excellent benefits
• J1 Visa Friendly
