We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to support a major M&A integration project within a global insurance organization based in Tokyo.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, system requirements, and data flows, while supporting system integration and data migration activities. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include business process analysis (as-is/to-be), data mapping, UAT support, and coordination across regional and local teams. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale integration initiative with strong global collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of BA experience, strong technical understanding (data, systems, SQL), and experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Experience in M&A or data migration projects is highly preferred.
