Overview

Quail Village Golf Club is a private club located in the heart of Naples, Florida. The Gordon Lewis signature course at Quail Village was built in 1985 and renovated most recently in 2021. The course plays to a par of 69 and is 5,000 yards from the "tips". The course offers four (4) sets of tees for the enjoyment of all levels of golf from beginner to expert and junior to senior. The course features three (3) par 5's, nine (9) par 4's and six (6) par 3's. Water comes into play on eleven (11) of the holes. The green complexes are small but undulating and are protected by sand bunkers. The course is maintained in excellent condition with clear definition of fairway and rough. The layout is very walkable with close proximity between greens and tees and rules of the Club allow for walking every day after 9:30 at no charge. The fully refreshed clubhouse reopened in February 2025 and hosts a great variety of events all year for members and guests to enjoy.

Experience Required

• Must be a PGA Professional in good standing.
• Previous experience at a private club preferred.
• Must be proficient in Golf Genius, Jonas Encore, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of tournament operations for all club events through the use of Golf Genius software
• Responsible for golf shop coverage and daily operations including opening and closing duties
• Create weekly staff schedules for golf shop employees
• Supervisor of all golf shop staff
• Manage all aspects of the operation in the absence of the Head Golf Professional
• Must be able to teach Members and Guests off all ages.
