WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal Line Crew Supervisor brings a combination of technical expertise, leadership and sound judgment to the position.
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Work Location: 2124 Commerce Street, Fairview, OK 73737
Work Schedule: Four 10-hour workdays per week (4/10 schedule)
Response Time Requirement: Due to the operational and on-call responsibilities of this position, employees must reside within a location that allows for a 45-minute response time to the OMPA Fairview Yard.
Meal Per Diem: Employees traveling for qualifying work-related assignments are eligible for a $100 per day meal per diem.
Safety-Sensitive Position: This position is designated as safety/security sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, and random drug and alcohol screening.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Must be focused on safety and training, with the ability to perform dangerous work while ensuring the safety of the crew.

Requirements
Our ideal Line Crew Supervisor brings a combination of technical expertise, leadership and sound judgment to the position.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has successfully completed a recognized line worker apprenticeship program or possesses equivalent journeyman-level training and experience;
- Has significant experience in electric transmission and/or distribution line construction, maintenance and repair;
- Has a strong understanding of linework safety practices, procedures and applicable industry standards;
- Demonstrates the ability to lead, coach and develop employees;
- Can effectively plan and coordinate crew assignments and field work;
- Communicates clearly and works effectively with employees, management and others;
- Can make sound decisions in changing field conditions and emergency situations;
- Is willing and able to respond to outages and emergency call-outs;
- Is comfortable working outdoors, at heights and in varying weather conditions; and
- Possesses a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Previous supervisory or lead-worker experience is preferred, but we also want to hear from experienced journeymen who have demonstrated leadership and are ready for the next step.
