About the Position

Responsibilities
Clinical Evaluations: Conduct one-time, non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments. Assessment Skills: Perform physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Diagnostic Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in METs testing and the evaluation and diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Administrative Tasks: Complete medical reports, addendums, and medical opinions. Regular follow-up administrative work and reading diagnostics are required. Non-Clinical Limitations: No prescribing or treatment plans are required or permitted in this role. Qualifications & Credentialing

• Active and unrestricted full NP license is required.
• AANP certification is required.
• Must be proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
• CV must include the candidate's current home address for presentation.
• Candidate must own a laptop (no Mac or Apple products permitted for this system).
• Must be willing to complete and become DMA certified (training is required).
• Must provide a Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days.
• If schooling was attended outside of the U.S., a copy of the ECFMG certificate is required.
• Candidates using their own office must provide comprehensive facility photos including clinic signage, ADA-compliant parking and entrances, exam rooms with appropriate equipment, and emergency exit lighting.
• Disclosure of active military duty, reserves status, or VA employment is required.

• Daily Rate: $1,200 flat rate for shifts 5 hours or longer (inclusive of report completion and travel).
• Half-day Rate: $600 flat rate for shifts 4 hours or less (inclusive of report completion and travel).
