This correctional facility is a female medium/maximum security institution providing outpatient primary care services to adult patients in a secure clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery. Clinicians are expected to deliver professional and efficient care within the framework of correctional healthcare.

Pennsylvania offers a range of family-friendly and outdoor attractions, including Hersheypark, Knoebels Amusement Resort, and Bushkill Falls, which features eight waterfalls within the Pocono Mountains. The state maintains 121 state parks that support hiking, biking, and boating activities. Visitors may also explore Amish farms and villages for a perspective on regional culture and heritage.

The physician associate will provide outpatient primary care services to adult female patients in a correctional facility setting, managing approximately 1525 patients per day during day shift hours. Clinical responsibilities include delivering primary care services within the corrections environment and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. No call coverage is required for this position. Prescriptive authority is required, and board certification is negotiable.
