UCHealth Printers Park Medical Plaza is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care in a vibrant clinical setting. As a vital member of our team, you'll support a busy practice during your assigned weeks, ensuring patients receive compassionate and comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. Required Skills Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in Colorado or ability to obtain Proven experience in OB/GYN settings, including low- and high-risk obstetrics Skilled in FHR interpretation and ultrasound procedures Ability to perform routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and VBACs Comfortable managing both gynecologic and obstetric patients Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of hospital and office protocols and safety standards Nice to Have Skills Experience performing OB ultrasounds and interpreting results Proficiency with office procedures like IUD, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Ability to supervise or collaborate with other healthcare providers Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency Preferred Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited physician assistant program At least 3 years of OB/GYN clinical experience, including high-risk obstetrics Experience performing OB ultrasounds and managing complex pregnancies Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is a plus Other Requirements Must send provider flight and lodging details at least 4 weeks before the start date Will be covering hospital services at Memorial Central Hospital, a Level I trauma center with 413 beds Valid certifications in AHA BLS and ACLS Willingness to work scheduled call shifts (1 in 5 days, 1 in 10 overnight/weekend) Capable of providing full-time coverage, with flexibility for part-time if needed Willing to supervise or work alongside other OB/GYN providers during tenure Seize this rewarding opportunity to enhance your professional experience while exploring stunning Colorado Springs!
