Physician Assistant | Pediatrics - Critical Care Location: Rochester, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 13 hours Contract Duration: 9 Months Start Date: 7/20/2026 About the Position Position Description We is seeking an experienced Pediatric Cardiac ICU APP (NP/PA) for a locums opportunity in Rochester, NY. This assignment is based within a specialized 16-bed Pediatric Cardiac Care Center caring for critically ill pediatric congenital cardiac patients in a high-acuity multidisciplinary environment. The APP will function in a primary covering provider role managing complex pediatric cardiac ICU patients including: • Pre/Post-operative pediatric cardiac surgery patients • High-risk single ventricle physiology • Arrhythmia management • Vasopressor support • External/Internal pacemakers • VA/VV ECMO • CRRT • Adult congenital cardiac patients requiring ICU/post-op management This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking advanced pediatric cardiac critical care exposure while working alongside intensivists, surgeons, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
