Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Pennsylvania-licensed anesthesiologists for a locum tenens opportunity in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. This role involves night shift coverage within a hospital delivering a broad range of surgical and procedural care, including vascular, OB/GYN, general, GI, Peds, plastics, robotics, and urology.

- Ongoing sporadic coverage, 1-4 weeks per month
- Four 16-hour night shifts per week (Monday through Thursday, 15:00–07:00)
- Drive-in availability for solo night work

- MAC, regional, spinal, and US-guided anesthesia procedures
Schedule Details
- Night shifts, four days per week
- Coverage varies from 1 to 4 weeks per month
- Solo night work with drive-in readiness
- Ongoing or as-needed coverage
Clinical Scope
- Regional nerve blocks, MAC, spinal, and US techniques
- Vascular, OB/GYN, general, GI, Peds, plastics, robotics, urology procedures
- Support high-volume orthopedic and OB cases
- Patient population of all ages
- Epic EMR documentation and order entry
Practice Environment
This hospital-based practice supports a broad surgical and procedural scope across multiple specialties. Providers work within a hospital with 135 beds, delivering patient-centered anesthesia care in a collaborative environment. The department maintains a 1:3 CRNA/provider ratio, supporting high-volume orthopedic and OB services.
Requirements
- Active PA medical license or IMLC license in hand
- Board Certification or Eligibility (BC or BE) in Anesthesiology
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- No DEA registration required
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days; expedited credentialing available for candidates with a clean file
