About the Position

Responsibilities
Clinical Evaluations: Perform non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments, including METs testing and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Physical Assessment: Conduct physical exams focusing on muscle strength and range of motion. Documentation: Complete detailed reports, medical opinions, and addendums based on exam findings. Administrative: Review diagnostics and manage follow-up administrative requests as needed to finalize case files. Qualifications & Credentialing

• Active and unrestricted full medical license is required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or a strong background in General Medicine or C&P.
• Must be proficient in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
• AANP certification and a current Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the last month) are required.
• Must own a laptop (no Apple/Mac products permitted for this system).
• Willingness to complete DMA training to become DMA certified (credentialing does not reimburse for training time or portal access).
• Candidates must provide a CV with their current home address listed.
• If medical school was attended outside of the U.S., a copy of the ECFMG certificate is required.
• If utilizing a personal office, the provider must submit specific site photos (signage, parking, handicap accessibility, exam rooms, etc.) at the time of presentation.
• Candidates will need to confirm active military/reserve status and state their specific day-per-week availability.

What We Offer

• Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less (includes report completion and addendums).
• Daily Rate: $1600 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer (includes report completion and addendums).
• One-time bonus: $650 for completing all required training and performing the first set of exams.
• Local candidates only; travel is included in the flat rates.
• A streamlined credentialing and onboarding process overseen by our clinical team.
