Exciting Opportunity: Psychiatry – Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

What You’ll Do:
In this vital role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans and utilize your expertise to promote mental wellness in a vulnerable population. Your work will directly impact the health and happiness of our community’s youth.

Required Skills:

• Valid MA Medical License in good standing
• Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Behavioral Health Boarded)
• Completion of Child and Adolescent CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training
• Proven experience in pediatric psychiatric assessments and treatment planning
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage young patients and their families effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with telepsychiatry
• Knowledge of community resources and outpatient services
• Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or behavioral interventions

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree with specialized training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Prior clinical experience working in hospital, outpatient, or community settings with youth and their families

Other Requirements:

• Must be licensed in Massachusetts
• Willingness to start on or before 05/16/2026
• Flexibility to meet occasional scheduling needs and participate in ongoing training and certification
