Revolution is growing, and we are hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Kilgore, Texas.

We are looking for hands on, mechanically inclined individuals with experience in industrial maintenance, welding, fabrication, mechanical repair, and electrical troubleshooting. Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to support safe and reliable plant operations. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial equipment repair, welding, fabrication, mechanical systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Perform all work safely and in compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Support preventive maintenance activities on production and facility equipment.
- Monitor machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper operation and performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs.
- Repair and fabricate conveyors and related component parts as needed.
- Safely operate welding, cutting, and metal fabrication equipment.
- Use industrial shop tools and equipment to complete maintenance and repair activities.
- Identify equipment issues and take appropriate action to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Complete required maintenance documentation and electronic updates accurately and on time.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with coworkers, leadership, and internal and external customers.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair skills.
- Working knowledge of welding and cutting equipment used in industrial maintenance and fabrication.
- Two or more years of experience in welding, metal fabrication, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred. Completion of a two year technical training program may also be considered.
- Ability to recognize and safely work around electrical hazards.
- Familiarity with electrical PPE, including arc flash protection, insulated gloves, and insulated tools.
- Ability to properly use voltage testing equipment.
- Knowledge of energized electrical components and conductors, nominal voltage identification, and applicable approach distances.
- Understanding of NFPA 70E requirements and the ability to evaluate hazards, select appropriate PPE, and safely plan maintenance activities.
- Ability to obtain certification to operate powered industrial lift trucks.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work any shift, including days or nights.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Must possess the necessary tools to perform assigned tasks.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires prolonged physical activity, including standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tight or awkward spaces.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
