What You’ll Do
Own Material Flow Excellence – Ensure accurate, on-time delivery of materials to meet production and customer commitments
Lead End-to-End Operations – Oversee inventory, warehousing, and transportation with a focus on performance and scalability
Drive Continuous Improvement – Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and increase efficiency
Leverage Data for Impact – Use KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities and implement measurable improvements
Optimize Cost & Productivity – Develop strategies that balance operational efficiency with financial performance
Build Strong Partnerships – Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
Lead & Develop Talent – Coach and inspire a high-performing team focused on accountability, growth, and results
Manage with Discipline – Oversee departmental budgets aligned to operational and financial goals
Work Environment

Requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
8+ years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or materials management
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement environments (certification a plus)
