On-site at Banner Health Center, 17900 N Porter Rd, Maricopa, AZ 85138
Your own patient panel with manageable patient volume to support your success
Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts
All-ages patient population in a community-focused clinic
Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!
Requirements:
Active NP designation with eligibility for Arizona licensure
DEA with prescriptive authority required
Primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome
Patient-centered approach with strong collaboration skills
