Paint Lead - Order Bundler
Position Type: Regular Full-Time

Description:
Be part of the team that puts the finishing touches on every product before it heads to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Package, bundle, label, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and traceability.
- Meet production schedules and efficiency goals by following standard work instructions and operating with minimal supervision.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools and document production activities in Spacesaver's ERP system.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning products, reporting quantities, and completing required shipping and packing documentation.
- Identify and resolve production issues, report material or equipment concerns, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Train and support team members on bundling procedures and best practices.
- Promote a safe, organized workplace through 5S principles, ergonomic practices, and adherence to all safety requirements.
- Support customer commitments by being flexible and working overtime when needed.
What you need?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 23 years of experience OR technical degree + 12 years.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read English instructions and write simple correspondence.
- Ability to use tape measures, calipers, scales, and other measuring tools.
- Strong teamwork, time‑management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
