Overview

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and highly skilled PGA Certified Golf Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class, individualized and group instruction to golfers of all skill levels. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the modern golf swing, a mastery of Full Swing technology, and the entrepreneurial drive to grow and retain a robust student database.

Experience Required

• A Certification: Class "A" PGA of America member or LPGA equivalent in good standing (or actively enrolled in advanced levels of the PGA Associate Program).
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of dedicated golf instruction experience at a private, semi-private, or high-end commercial golf facility.
• Technical Proficiency with Full Swing: Proven expertise operating modern launch monitors, simulator software, and digital video analysis tools.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the unique ability to translate complex swing mechanics into simple, actionable concepts for beginners.

Essential Responsibilities

• High-Quality Instruction: Deliver private lessons, group clinics, junior programs, and specialized corporate golf events tailored to individual player goals.
• Technology Integration: Utilize modern video analysis software and launch monitor technology (Full Swing) to provide data-driven feedback and actionable player insights.
• Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage and scale a consistent student database; check in on student progress and foster long-term loyalty.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the facility with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, maintaining an immaculate and organized teaching environment.
