Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient / Inpatient
Location: Kenedy, Texas (Onsite)
Work Type: Permanent
Positions: 1
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Schedule:
• 8-Hour Day Shifts
• Monday - Friday
• Off on major holidays

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating and treating patients primarily in an outpatient setting, with required inpatient coverage based on patient load.
This role involves working across outpatient clinic services and inpatient/swing bed care within a hospital environment.

Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 1+ year of Physical Therapist experience
• Active Texas Physical Therapist License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA - Required)
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care practices

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Familiarity with WebPT (outpatient) and Trubridge EMR (inpatient)
• Experience with swing bed or SNF settings
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Work Environment
• Outpatient Clinic within Hospital Setting
• Inpatient / Swing Bed Unit (up to 24 beds)
• Onsite role in Kenedy, TX
• One-on-one patient care model in outpatient

Additional Requirements
• Must provide inpatient coverage on Mondays and as needed
• Dress Code: Black pants/scrubs + collared hospital shirt
• No facial jewelry; tattoos allowed (non-offensive)
• Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
