- Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Traveling Physical Therapist OpportunityLooking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Vermont Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with rehabilitation equipment commonly used in SNFs, such as gait belts, assistive devices, therapeutic modalities, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in adult or geriatric populations preferred.
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Pattern: 5x8.
- VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
- VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Candidate may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
