Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Vermont Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with rehabilitation equipment commonly used in SNFs, such as gait belts, assistive devices, therapeutic modalities, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in adult or geriatric populations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Pattern: 5x8.
• VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
• VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
