Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland physical therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC is required or must be obtainable prior to start. Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings is required. Demonstrated experience with orthopedic and geriatric patient populations preferred. Ability to manage caseloads, document per facility protocols, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Willingness to float to other facility units as needed. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift Hours: 0800-1630. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8. Assignment Length: 14 weeks. Bowie is a 25-minute drive to Patuxent Research Refuge and within 45 minutes of Chesapeake Bay shoreline access, offering options for hiking, birding, and boating. The area features the Bowie Town Center and Bowie Railroad Museum within city limits, and convenient transit connections via MARC train stations and major highways I-97 and MD-295 for commuting to Baltimore and the National Capital Region.
