Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes while helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and safety
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
• Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools

Qualifications
• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
