Doctor of Medicine | Geriatrics Location: Albany, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Physician (MD/DO) to provide primary care services within assisted living communities throughout the Albany region of New York. This position offers an opportunity to practice patient centered medicine while building long term relationships with residents in a supportive and rewarding environment. Providers will focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness visits, and ongoing medical support for a geriatric patient population. Schedule Options Part Time • 2 to 3 full days per week • Coverage between Hoosick Falls, NY & Cambridge, NY Full Time • 4 to 5 full days per week • Coverage between Hoosick Falls, NY, Cambridge, NY & Troy, NY Requirements Required • Active New York Physician License • Active DEA Registration • Currently enrolled and credentialed with Medicare & Medicaid • Primary care experience Preferred • Geriatric medicine experience • Assisted living experience • Long term care experience Benefits • Competitive compensation • $5,000 retention bonus after 90 days • Flexible scheduling • Established patient population • Supportive clinical environment • Expected start within 4 to 6 weeks pending onboarding and credentialing
