Portal Billing Specialist

Essential Functions
- Enter invoices into customer payment portals on a daily basis.
- Send rejections to the proper analyst or customer service rep
- Follow up on rejections to be sure the invoice is entered
- Handle the invoicing mailbox from emailed invoice kick backs
- Distribute to the correct analyst to handle
- Run all credit card payments
- Any other duties assigned

Required Education and Experience
- High school/ GED diploma
- Computer skills (excel, outlook, Microsoft office)
- Previous experience with credit / billing and/or portal billing entry is preferred
