Location: Newark, DE
We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at the Center of Hope, which is part of our organization. This role is essential for enhancing primary care services and improving access across the Delaware region.
Our Family Medicine Center provides comprehensive primary care to a medically underserved population in Newark, with a particular emphasis on serving the Latino community. We prioritize culturally competent care, supported by a bilingual team dedicated to offering inclusive, patient-focused services.

- Preferred Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine
- Eligibility for licensure in Delaware

- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
- Focus on preventive care and population health management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation
- Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives
- Full-time position with 36 patient-facing hours
- Flexible scheduling options available
- On-call duties on a 1:2 call schedule, phone-only

All our facilities are accredited as primary stroke centers and chest pain centers, with specific disease accreditations for Heart Failure programs from The Joint Commission. Our stroke and heart failure initiatives consistently receive recognition from the American Heart/Stroke Association. Many of our cancer programs hold accreditation from the Commission on Cancer, and our breast programs are recognized by the NAPBC, also designated as Breast Cancer Imaging Centers of Excellence. Additionally, several of our hospitals have received designations as Lung Cancer Screening Centers of Excellence.
