Minimum Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.
• AART Certification in Radiation Therapy.
• Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required.
• 2 years' experience as a radiation therapist.
• Experience operating and maintaining radiation therapy equipment.
• Experience verifying treatment plans and dosages with oncology teams.
• Ability to accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization during treatment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in an acute hospital or oncology center.
• Experience documenting treatments and maintaining accurate patient records in an electronic medical record system.

- Shift Hours: 07:30–16:00.
- Shift Days: Days.
- Location: Richmond, VA (hospital setting).

Impacting Patient Care
As a Radiation Therapist you will operate and maintain therapy equipment, accurately position and immobilize patients, verify treatment plans and dosages with the oncology team, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and document treatments to maintain accurate patient records. Your role will support multidisciplinary care and treatment continuity for oncology patients.
