Description

Compensation: $100 per session rate/ 2 hour sessions on average

We are seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Recreation Therapy Providers. This contractor role is ideal for professionals with experience working with children.

Recreation Therapy Providers work 1:1 with children in their homes and communities to deliver structured, goal-based recreational activities. Sessions may include: outdoor adventures, sports, arts & crafts, games, social skill-building, life skills practice, and sensory-friendly activities.

You will follow individualized goals and help children increase independence, strengthen coping skills, build confidence, and engage meaningfully in their communities.

Requirements

-Experience working with children/teens or individuals with disabilities
-Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your service area
-Ability to work independently and follow activity plans
-Must have regular access to a computer
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Must pass required background checks
-Willingness to obtain personal liability insurance (contractor requirement)
