- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and engineering practices to recommend improvements that align with business priorities and the enterprise technology strategy
What You Will Have:
- Design Thinking: Applies problem-solving methods to define needs, evaluate options, prototype solutions, and improve products and processes. Uses stakeholder feedback and testing results to refine solutions and support adoption.
- Emerging Technologies: Evaluates new technologies and engineering practices for their potential business value, scalability, security, and operational fit. Recommends practical improvements that align with enterprise standards and long-term platform health.
- Innovation: Identifies opportunities to improve application quality, development velocity, user experience, and operational efficiency. Encourages thoughtful experimentation while balancing innovation with reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Organizational Leadership: Builds productive working relationships across technical and business teams. Helps translate strategic goals into clear technical priorities, supports shared decision-making, and drives work through completion.
Top Candidates Will Have:
- Experience deploying, operating, or supporting applications and infrastructure in a cloud environment
- Experience developing web applications with Python, including Django and/or Flask
- Experience with modern frontend development using JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
