Our organization is looking for a Primary Care physician to join our collaborative team at a modern family medicine clinic located in Lafayette, IN, a vibrant community near Purdue University.

Details of the Employment Opportunity:

• Full-time position with a schedule of four days per week.

• Supportive team atmosphere that encourages involvement in process enhancements.

• Outpatient care only, with no inpatient responsibilities.

• Access to onsite procedure rooms and laboratory facilities.

• Focus on traditional family medicine, including chronic disease management and wellness for patients of all ages.

• Shared phone call responsibilities, approximately 1:25 for Family Medicine and 1:12 for Internal Medicine.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.

• Possession of an MD/DO license in Indiana or eligibility for licensure.
