Job Opportunity – Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse – North Carolina
Start Date: July 2, 2026
Location: North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, no weekends, no call
Highlights:
- Oncology infusion clinic specializing in hematology and medical oncology for adult patients
- Manageable patient ratio of 1:5 with 10 infusion chairs
- Epic charting system with pharmacy support for all medication mixing
- 13-week contract available with up to 7 days approved time off
- Float opportunity between two clinic locations approximately 20 minutes apart
- Comprehensive orientation with 8 hours of unit-specific training
Requirements:
- Current RN license (North Carolina or Compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of oncology-specific nursing experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- BLS certification required
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required
- OCN certification preferred
- Chemotherapy administration experience required
- Central line and implanted line care experience required
- Epic charting experience required
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
