Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Must not be a new graduate. First-time travelers are acceptable.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week; expected to see 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking.
• Experience treating general orthopedics across ages, including BPPV and dry needling (DN) is preferred.
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BPPV management and dry needling.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic caseload experience.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days.
• Schedule expectation: 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• Float to other clinics within the region may be required.
• Patient population: general orthopedics, BPPV, dry needling, all orthopedic ages.
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; 12–14 patients per day; follow-up double-booking expected.
